Pie Slayer is a late-night bakery hustling crust in downtown Wilmington, NC.

Pastry chef duo Lauren & Keala founded the business on the belief that “you can put anything in a pie”. (So far, that theory is holding up!)

We want to go beyond traditional pies and create flavors, layers, and textures that surprise people. There is a lot of love in the things we make, but mostly there’s a lot of fun too.
